Stan Portus is Content Editor at BikeRadar. 

His writing has appeared in C Magazine, Ossian Magazine, Photomonitor, Disegno, Emotional Art Magazine, Design Exchange Magazine, Review 31 and others.

Alongside writing, Stan has worked as a researcher on a number of projects including Night Fever: Designing Club Culture, 1960 – today (Vitra Design Museum) and EP Vol 3: Post-craft (Sternberg Press).

In 2017, Stan graduated with an MA in Critical Writing in Art and Design from the Royal College of Art.

Stan co-edited the Critical Writing in Art and Design’s end of year publication Meet Me in the Present: Documents and their Afterlives.

He holds a BA in the History of Design, Culture and Society from the University of Brighton.
